At Order Efficiency Ltd, we provide a unique consultancy service exclusively for the Project Owner or Sponsor. The service we provide is Project Health Control (PHC) and what the project sees in a PHC deployment is effectively a small department with a staff count that's proportional to the size of the project. All PHC work needed on a project falls into three categories: Strategist, Analyst and Administrator. At least one of each category makes up a team of three or more PHC People.
There is a growing register of PHC People and there is also a register of people from a range of disciplines who are not part of the PHC team but are familiar with the way PHC works and are happy to join a PHC enabled project.
Our ambition is for Project Health Control to become regarded globally as a 'matter of course' attachment to every project, and we aim to achieve this through an expanding network of local Agencies in all countries around the world.
